American Pie 5: The Naked Mile

Has anybody seen this movie yet? The DVD came out on Tuesday, but it was already posted online, which is where I watched it.

In Ann Arbor Michigan, they have the annual naked mile run, where college students run naked across campus (sometimes in freezing weather) to celebrate the end of the semester.

They did that in this movie, where Stiffler goes with friends to visit his cousin at college for the weekend. The uncensored version shows butts and women's breasts. But they don't show guy's you know what. Their is a scene were the guys took pills, which cause them to have errections. They have a underwear party after the race. Their is even a sex scene. Enjoy!

That movie is a bad example to show what nudism is.

Which has zero to do with nudism. I'm moving this thread to open discussion.

It sounds like just another movie that insults one's intelligence. I have seen the ads for it on tv and have no intention of watching it.

During the late 60's at the Univ of Miami, I did some pretty crazy things, particularly as a brother in a school fraternity. I have memories of naked swims, panty raids, even a nude run around fraternity row after finals. It had nothing to do with nudism, just a bunch of college kids having a blast just for fun.

I have not seen the movie, but I am sure that the average person can tell the difference between college pranks and social nudism as we know it. I would not be too concerned that this flick will do damage to the publics' perception of our nudist lifestyle!

Two things:

The "Naked Mile" at the University of Michigan is a thing of the past. The university and police have put an end to the annual event.

This movie went straight to DVD. That is a quality clue.

I dont believe the movie is actually trying to portray what nudist do. It is just a funny film with nudity in it. Why would anyone take it personal. It is about comedy not nudity. We all did stupid things in college that icluded nudity never once did I think that this reflects bad on nudist.

In other words, this is a typical American Pie movie - of which I'm proud to say I've never seen any.

To me you can't beat Revenge of the Nerds or Porkies for that genre (T&A).

American Pie is way back in the list.
