Uploading photos???

I haven't yet registered to INA as yet...!!! But i do have a profile and I was wondering if I was able (somehow) to upload a picture of myself to go with my profile or to go on INA for others to see...????
I have sent one to photos@clothesfree.com, is that the only way in which to do this?? Will it work???
