I belive there should be a side bar chat room. this chat room would be a place for someone to invite anyone who might be looking at the forums(home page) to go chat or to tell people to go check out your newset topic/poll etc.

No clue what you really mean, 'emo'... maybe you should edit your post again and clarify what you mean, and what you think is missing in chat as it is today (which appears to be very very quiet lately???)

That was recently removed for multiple, very good, reasons. Maybe the moderators will comment about some of the reasons it was removed.
