If you want to stay on one island I would talk about some details. I'm looking to do a Caribbean vacation for some scuba diving. I'm in Michigan- same thinking as you (straight male 40-ish). Some one to share the cost but I would perfer to stay on one island for the diving enjoyment. Have you booked the trip yet?

Just a heads-up for those who may not know---

After Dec. 31, 2005, passports will be required for all Caribbean and South America travel destinations. Birth certificates will no longer be sufficient.
