This forum is dead, nothing since NakedPainters post on July 15th. What a shame.

NakedPainter: You do such nice work, and I'd love to be drawn by you, but Copenhagen is a bit too far for me to travel to.

Perhaps there is someone closer to me that might consider drawing or painting me. This would be a once in a lifetime experience for me. I do have a few apprehensions about doing this, not because of the nudity, but concerns about holding a pose for the length of time necessary, but I'm sure we could work something out, even if it's in a "sleeping" pose (with me actually sleeping). Come to think about it, the "laid-back-like-sleeping were NakedPainters best drawings, in my opinion. I wish I had talent like that, but I was blessed with a talent for math and no eye for art.

BTW I'm in Northern California.

Holding poses is not too bad, and the lying down poses are much easier. I recommend trying to model for someone, for it can be fun. I am sure you could find someone to paint you. Try looking for someone that applies/does body painting.

There are plenty of good opportunities to pose as an art life model for drawing or painting in Northern California. If you are really serious about this, then please respond and I will be happy to point you in the right direction. There is absolutely no need to travel half way around the world to pose.

Yes, Sanslines, I'm am definately interested in posing. I think I might prefer to pose in a one-on-one setting before trying an art-class environment, though I'd do the latter if that's the only opportunity that comes my way. I'd also be interested in being bodypainted sometime. Feel free to send me a message or email to my ID at Yahoo email.

I would be glad to pose for drawing or painting. I am located in Greensboro NC.

This does sound fun. I would much rather be body painted though. Maybe someday I will be in the right environment when it can happen!

Certainly wouldn't mind having my body painted. Must be kind of cool to have a painter use your body as his/her canvase.
I bet the ideas are endless to use the human body as a canvase. I've seen some wonderful art painted on nudes. Some real talent out there.

I'm sure I'd like to try the body painting thing, but to touch my body, especially as much as would be reqiured with a brush or sponge or whatever is used, I'm sure that I'd likely be arroused, and first, wouldn't want to offend the artist, and secondly don't want to end up with wrinkled up paint here and there.Ha!

I hadn't thought of that, but I'm quite tickleish myself. Just what is used by the better artist to apply the paints in bodypainting?

Hey: I am interested in body painting. All I can seem to find are little face painting kits and pot of colored goo for doing so. If possible, I would appreciate some suggestions about good brands, products, brushes, etc. to use. How do you get the stuff off skin/hair? Thanks to all for ideas. allthetimenude

I have modeled a few times for some of the local art schools. It is really a fun experience. I highly recommend it to anyone interested. If you have questions, drop me a line.
