View Full Version : End of summer

It seems summer has really come to its end, at least here. Two days ago it was still sunny and warm, but since yesterday it is cold and rainy and the long-range weather forecast isn't promising. Last weekend I was enjoying the beach and beautiful warm weather and the sea, and right now it is 50 °F / 10 °C. No more beach for me for at least next 8-9 months.
I envy folks living in the Southern hemisphere. Summer is coming your way! http://clothesfreeforums.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Had a great summer here in Nebraska with nearly every weekend warm and sunny, but no more. It's really beginning to cool off.
Winter -- ugh!! It almost depresses me to think about it, especially when it gets too chilly even in the house to be naked except in the shower.

I had an anjoyable summer and was able to get a nice all over tan, despite taking a part time job. I will be able to work 3-4 days per week (my choice) and make enough to help with expenses and keep my automotive projects going and be able to get a bunch of nude time in also.

Mornings are gone here...Mid 40's... to cold to go out naked.... but afternoons are good...high 70's low 80's

This will be quite a summer to remember for me, for sure. Many firsts and many wonderful experiences, some of which I wondered if I'd ever have. I have no regrets, except that as others lament, it is clearly drawing to a close. I will enjoy what I can that's left, knowing that's not too much now and remember back with fondness.

Every weekend I think it's going to be the last warm weekend.
One of these days I'll be right.
I'm trying to make the most of them while they last.

We still have plenty of time here in Dallas.
At 06:00 this morning it was 70 degrees, and right now it's almost 100 degrees.
From here on, it will vary wildly from day to day.
Highs can vary 25 degrees or more from one day to the next (more so in October than September).

Of course, there was a large chunk of the Summer where you couldn't spend more than 30 minutes outside without getting heat stroke.

I wanna move to Australia for their summer!!

Yes summer has now almost come to an end here in the UK.
A drop in temperature this week a high 60's with the nights drawing in, getting dark at 4.30 in the afternoon. The coming months are so miserable, dark in the mornings and dark late afternoons a real uphill struggle until Christmas. So depressing for everyone.

Summer 2005 weather great and good times were had, all i have to show and remind me of those days is my allover tan.

Got in one more warm sunny Sunday afternoon--the last one of summer--and spent some hours nude in the sun on the deck. Had the best allover tan I've ever had this year.
My brown but probably won't be brown much longer!

A sad time of year for sure.

Fall starts this week.
The weather here can fluctuate the rest of this month and next, but the snow can fly in late October-early November.

Have to grab any warm day as a freehiking opportunity.

Here, in Denver...the nights are getting cooler, but the days are warm!

I love Autumn! The colors, the scents, Halloween, football, plus...I prefer 50 to 90 degrees anyday!
The Skeeters die, or hibernate, the trails empty out!
Come on Fall! I for one welcome it!

Just wish we could jump over winter right to spring....oh well! Can't have it all!

It's still in the 90's here and low 70's at night. http://clothesfreeforums.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif I LOVE it!

I'm ready to give up the upper 90's for the upper 80's. The forecast for this week is for hotter than normal. I hope next week will be closer to normal.

A skeeter is a horrid beast from the bowels of hell. It exists for no other purpose than to suck the lifeblood of its victims, spread diseases like malaria and yellow fever, and if someone is unfortunate enough to be allergic to the little bastards, it causes the affected area to itch like crazy and swell like a bright pink tennis ball on both of my calves like that one time where they got so swollen I couldn't even stand up or walk without it hurting...

With alll due respect and love to the warmest season, I am sort of looking forward to fall and winter.

Partly because I had a full summer as is, partly because school started early for me -- like a month or so ago, so summer was cut short anyway -- I don't really mind seeing the season come to a close. Fall and winter where I am tend to be beautiful, anyway, and hey, I like the cold, oddly enough.

Oh well. Four seasons, all good to have.

I like all seasons and each has its beauties and advantages. Fall is great for colors and roasted chestnuts, Winter for holidays, snow, skiing and sauna, Spring for nature awakening, but Summer is definitively my favorite season. And the reasons are sun, warmth and beaches. This Summer we had unusually many rainy and coldish days, but I still managed to make most of it. Already looking forward to the next summer!

Oh, come on, guys! Don't be so gloomy! The temps in this area usually stays in the mid-sixties (F) right into late October. Still plenty warm enough for me to do some nude gardening (planting tulip, crocus and bluebells for next spring.) Also still warm enough for nude hiking, catching a few more 'rays and generally freaking everyone else out by being nude and comforable while they are shivering there (buns) off.

Some of the best weather still to come in Northern Cal...84deg F yesterday..Had a beautiful hike to Feather Falls on Sunday close to 90 deg sweat poured off most of the way.. http://clothesfreeforums.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

This year I am hoping to extend the summer into October. For the first time in a while the Jewish holidays are during the week. Hope to spend the time off at a local resort (it will be my first time going)if the weather holds out!

Quick change today...Beautiful clear sunny morning..followed by increasing clouds ,thunder ,lightning and some light rain...unusual CA day ...first rain of the season

Summer in OZ - here we come, day temps getting up to 77F , fine sunny weather just beautiful outside. I am looking forward to the challenges for NEW nude experiances this summer and the challenge of trying to convince non nude friends and relies to try it.

Recently a friend said when he comes back in summer he will to go on a NUDE NIGHT WALK http://clothesfreeforums.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_confused.gif We'll see ???

Just a note to thank the northern hemisphere people for sending the sun back down to us here Down Under.
It is early Spring here and good to have warmer weather. Have had some heavy Spring rain which brings up the grasses and pollen and my hay fever.
Regards the all-over tans as mentioned by True Brit and Neb Tanner. Hopefully I will be able to get mine back again, this is my last effort in the pic below.
Regards. John S.

Just to note....we are not willingly sending you the sun. I wish we could hold on to it for a bit longer. At least someone will enjoy our winder months.

09-28-2005, 01:23 PM
Well, it still feels like summer here. I was just outside enjoying the rain--nude of course. I didn't do that too often in Michigan since the rain there is cold even in the summer. I'm definitely going to like it a lot better here than in Michigan, if I don't get blown away by a hurricane! http://clothesfreeforums.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif
