Haulover is in North Miami. Orlando's nearest nude beach is playalinda on the Canaveral seashore.

From the way I read it, she is saying that she and her boyfriend are in the Orlando area and would like to meet other nearby nudists. They are planning a trip to Haulover on the 17th or 18th.

Actually we can say Haulover Beach is in North Miami Beach, in Sunny Isles, and not Miami proper.

I wish I could go there for a day. But it's a 2 day drive for me.
