Almost every minute we're home. During the holiday break (we've been off since 12/22), I think we've been clothed about 12 hours tops out of the 150+ hours since the week started. It's sooo relaxing and makes our days off so much more pleasant. We've also hosted two parties for our nudist friends at our house, so we've had plenty of friendly nudists to enjoy the week off together.

Right now I am unemployed; so unless I am interviewing, I take my daughter to the bus stop at 7:00, strip down upon returning to the house and am nude for most of the day after that. I will dress back up to go work out around 3:00 p.m (too cold in the basement); then dinner and I am nude again for bed. Being unemployed is not cool; but getting to spend most of my days nude definitely is.

But I do miss the "olden days" and am very much nostalgic about them. When I lived in VA and worked the second shift (5pm), I spent about 16 hours a day nude. My schedule was a bit rough; but the great thing about it was that I got to spend the entire day nude with my daughter (then between 0-3 years old). As a toddler, my daughter barely ever saw me or my wife dressed; and spent those early years mostly nude herself.

When I get back to work, I'm sure my nude time will get cut down again; so I'd better enjoy...

Well I answered 1-6 hrs because that is the way I sleep everynight regardless of season. However, my time naked during the day sometimes depends on what is going on around the house. So with that I may only be naked for sleeping and for a little bit in the morning. But when the weather is warm I try to be naked as much as possible. But as mentioned my naked time depends alot on the traffic around the house as well as having errands to run out to do and go to work.

Many many health benefits for men and women and obviously more comfortable. The only real need for clothes is warmth.

I saw another guy say, in a topic on the possibility of workplace nudity, that he worked in a heavy machinery shop and so nudity could never work there. In fact that's where nudity should be enforced. How many workers have lost fingers and arms when machines caught clothing and pulled them into the moving gears or blades?! ouch!

On the weekends I try to be NUDE the whole period but there will usually be something that stuffs it up, e.g. invited out to dinner, visitors arrive, need to ride a horse to round up the cattle,(riding nude when rounding up cattle is not practical, Cooking dinner on the BBQ (I learnt from sore experiance NOT to BBQ nude.)

I'm nude as soon as I get home from work, and don't get dressed until I'm about to walk out the door. So depending on when I get home and leave the next day, it can range from between 12 and 15 hours a day.

Some weekends I can go nude all weekend, except for church on Sunday. I stayed nude from about 1AM New Year's Day, until Monday 1/2 about noon. It was nice being nude that whole time.

It depends on what's planned for the day. I sleep nude of course so there's 7-8 hours. If it's a work day I'm nude from the moment I'm home from work until I go to work the next morning.
If it's a weekend or a day I can work from home and not have to run any errands then I can be nude for a full 24 hours in a day. Those are my favorite days.

What portion of the day? Let's see. Last Sunday I had to put on an outfit to go to the Baseball game in town. I met the mailman naked today when he drove in the driveway with a "signature required" bit of mail. I was out in the yard doing some weeding when he drove in. We had a nice chat and I signed the card. Then off he went. Today is Wednesday and I'm going to meet some friends in town this eveining.

I guess I've been averageing about 4 hours per day clothed every 4 days or so.

My first post was back in 2005 and there has been some changes, but not much. Since we have more people in the house now, my nude time has been diminished somewhat, but hasn't disappeared. I continue to sleep nude and I'm still nude in the morning hours. My last posting stated I was nude in the computer room, but that too, has changed. The family computer is in the living room, so basically I'm nude 'in the open', so to speak. So yea, I have been spotted at times, but with no panic. I just casually cover up and continue.

The evening times, although not entirely nude, I'm as close as possible with my wrap around, which has become accepted by all. I don't understand how it's not okay to be totally nude, but it's okay to walk around with virtually very little left to the imagination. But I can live with that. My situation is kind of interesting. I have a non nudist roommate and for quite some time i wore clothes when he was home. Last summer we finally had a short talk and since it's both of our home we can both be comfortable the way we want. Since then I have alwasy been nude at home. At first it felt a little strange sitting on the sofa watching tv with him being clothed and me being nude but now it's great, I have never been more comfortable at home.

In short at home I am alwasy nude now. I work from home a couple days a week on average and to be able to work nude is a wonderful way to work.

Since I last posted on here last year, I have found the hours available to staying nude, have dropped from around 30% (sleeping nude..) -> (occasionally..) 100%, back to around 30 - (sometimes..)50% of each day..
Mainly due to a decreased lack of opportunities around home, and more time at work lately - if I were to get out and about more, (bushwalking, mountainbiking, the beach, massage work..) I might be able to lift those hours up again.

On days when I am working in the office, I am dressed for the drive to-from and the actual work day. On days off, I am dressed for the drive to-from the resort. Sleeping naked is very enjoyable, I've discovered. However, for some reason I'm still very self-conscious about it, having slept with something on for so long.
