I'm a middle-aged married male just across the border in Oregon on the coast, looking for hiking partners too. Northern Calif. is huge; give me a better location.

Hey There. Where in CA are you? I'm in the Bay Area and there is several places to hike here. I actually just bought a house in the Santa Cruz mountains that has about 4 private acres that I am able to hike nude on. Le tme know if anyone is in the area.

Checked out the site and it was OK. Seems to be focussed more on UK issues and nudists but will post there later and see what happens.

I've hiked nude once or twice at Yosemite, but only around the campsite way out in the back country, which is miles from anywhere and there's hardly any people. It was quite exhilarating, but it's been years and I want to do it again! Fortunately, my girlfriend loves camping too, but I'll have to see if she's game to hike out in the boonies so we could enjoy nature together nude...

Yes, at the moment it is predominantly European, but some of the best posts have come from US and Canadian contributors, and its up to you guys to redress the balance.
One of the new boys on CFI (Zerokini) posted some great stories, but he uses a diferent name on SNC, see if you can recognise him.

I was working in Columbus a couple of years ago. Wish I could have found someone interested in nude hiking. Maybe I'll be back out that way again sometime.

I'll be doing a few mid-week hikes in early June in the SIerras above Fresno.

Southern California - San Jacinto Mtn area during the summer, low desert during the winter - looking for hiking friends or even to start hiking group. Would like to organize overnighter into the San Jacinto wilderness area in late summer.

For those on the 'right-side' coast (now, don't be miffed you 'left-side coasters'), the Appalachian Trail others great nude hiking for its entire length, especially in the mountains along the NC and TN border (the Blue Ridge and the Great Smokies).

Has anybody else had problems signing up for the Secret Naturist website? I have tried to "register" twice and am told my password will be sent to my e-mail address, then never hear anything. I tried about a month ago and again last week. I turned on cookies for that site, but still nothing. Anybody else having problems?

Hi,
I've hiked nude quite a few times in Scotland. Once you warm up and start to sweat, you can hike nude even in quite cool conditions. I describe a few of these hikes at my page at Naked Munros (http://www.nakedmunros.com).
If its hillwalking, I always suggest that first time you strip off on the summit and walk down nude if you think its a little bit too cold. The website has more details.

Well, NakedGary then I don't know what I'm doing wrong because I just tried to register again, and it said my e-mail address was already registered, so I clicked the retrieve password link and it said would send password - that was about a half hour ago. Checked e-mail and spam folder - nothing.
This looks like an interesting site, but my patience is waning.
