when should a mother stop letting her child suckle her nipple? I think many children (1-8yrs) would find it comforting after a nightmare or other scary event. So W keenxteen@yahoo.com hen should a mother stop letting her child suckle her nipple?
I would find it pretty comforting myself, and I'm going on 57 soon. /infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif
Err!? Is this relevant to naturism? /infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

Rik and our Admins,
I agree with you, this is definitely not a topic I find appropriate for a nudist site...or a something that deservers any more attention, so I vote in favor of pulling the topic and asking the question on a different BB.

This topic could be relevent if it is intended to be a part of the discussion regarding breast freedom, and breast feeding in public. From THIS perspective, as a father of two (the second one is still in the oven!) I have no problem with public breast feeding, however, I would take exception to any child older than two still at the breast. For that matter, any child over two that still takes a bottle has some serious sensory issues, or developmental delays! My wife works for Early Childhood Development, and notes that children should be weaned from breast by 18 months, and from bottle by 2yrs. Our son was on sippy cups by 14 months, and is drinking from a straw at only 18 months! However, with the new one coming next year, we have been concerned that he might want to return to the breast out of jealousy. We have discussed it in detail, and have decided that jealousy is not a sufficient reason to return to the breast, and besides, he'll be over 2 by then.

I wonder why a teenager would ask such a question, But then again I have a 15 year old son and I wonder why he ask some of the questions he does. I think it has something to do with hormones.

Well, the realist that I am says that "nudeteen" is probably nowhere near being an actual teenager. This whole post is obviously meant as a joke. And who wants to bet that we'll never hear from "nudeteen" again?

I third the mostion to drop it and hope he dosn't come back with paticular question again. Maybe he needs to talk to other teens about his problem.?
Any way that's my feeling.
