Sleeping nude and not wearing underwear are not specifically naturist issues although obviously a lot of nudists do these things and I'm equally sure that a lot of non-nudists also do them.

But to answer your questions:

1) Don't wear underwear? Sometimes.
2) Nude at home? Sometimes
3) Sleep nude? Always (and long before I considered myself a naturist)

Each questions is confusing for me. If I may take the time, I'd like to explain,each one.
On #1) As far as underwear, I see it, like I see the need for using towels. For me underwear is to prevent "Skid Marks" from showing up on my jeans. I feel underwear is more sanitary.
#2) I love being nude around the house very much, but I don't find it practical. Where I am active when at home, for me, where I am in and out of the house all day. And in my neighbor hood it's too very risky to chance.But that doesn't mean I'm not trying.
#3) I love to sleep nude and most of the time I do. But there are times, when I feel the need for something on at night. It's because of the time I did in combat.

2) I am often nude at home when it is warm. I don't turn up the heat just to be nude.

3) I nearly always sleep nude. The exception being staying over at someone's home where I have to use a pull out sofa or other "public" area to sleep.

1. I wear underwear sometimes. I usually go without in jeans or shorts. Kind of an unusual quirk, I think.

2. I am nude at home often, especially in warmer weather. I do everything from household chores to watching TV. Many days the clothes fly off the moment I get in the door after work.

3. Sleeping nude was the beginning for me. Somewhere in the family genes there is a trait for generating lots of body heat. So even in the coldest winter day, I am more comfortable with just the sheets.

It was one Saturday morning when I decided it was silly to get dressed to do the laundry. It did not make sense to dirty more clothes while trying to get them clean. I discovered that hanging out nude was very comfortable.

1.wear underwear - i get chafed too much going commando, so i go commando till it chafes and than wear cotton undies for a while. once its better, than commando again (steevo - let's not discuss skid marks /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif , i would suggest a bidet?)

2. nude at home when ever possible - ALWAYS, unless someone is home that would mind or its too cold, i do not like to waste energy heating the house so i can be nude, i will wear sweats if it is too cold in the house

1. never wear underwear -- I always wear underwear. I just don't like the feeling of going commando. It just feels like I'm not quite dressed. Kind of like walking around with only one shoe on.

2. nude at home whenever possible -- Always. The only exception is when I have guests over (other than my fiance). As soon as I get home I strip down and stay that way until I have to leave again or until a guest arrives.

3. sleep nude -- Always. The only exception is when I visit my fiance's relatives. She requires that I at least wear boxers to sleep in. So, I found some very soft, cotton, quite loose, boxers to please her. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Some have said that they are reluctant to turn up the heat during the winter in order to stay nude. I have found that if I gradually let the temperature get lower over time, I can be comfortable nude during the winter. Right now my thermometer reads 65F and I am comfortably nude. I find it funny, though, that when some of my clothed friends come over they say that my apartment is an icebox and ask me to turn up the heat a bit! So, while they are wearing sweaters and jeans, I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt. They complain that it's cold and I'm on the verge of sweating! /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

It takes a few weeks of gradually turning down the temps for me to get used to it but I'm sure I'll be ready to go outside nude when the weather warms up just a little bit. I'll probably beat a lot of people out because I'll be used to it. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

1) Underwear-- Not since 10th grade,Got some ribbing in the locker-room in the beginning of the year. I was the only one-commando,by the end of the year there were probably 15-20 other guys "swingin free". If for any reason I had to wear a pair--they would have to be boxers--briefs-bikini or not -are way too restricting. those of you that switch back and forth, once you get past the first "chafing" period you'll never go back to the drawers. This also toughens up the area for nude activities, inside or out.
2) Nude at home as often as possible, inside and out( mostly in right now, at least 'till maybe April) No need to turn up the thermostat, just throw another log in the stove. I do where a pair of red flannel boxers when my baby is feeling friscy(sp).
3) Have slept nude since Jr.High School. The last time I wore anything to bed was the night I spent in the hospital.

#1 & #3 I have done long before I ever considered myself a nudist. Even being nude at home lounging around INSIDE the house wasn't uncommon, it wasn't until the the last 2 years or so when I expanded my territory to the garage, driveway, backyard, that's pretty much when my wife declared me a nudist.

Looking forward to March 1st, that's when they are supposed break ground on the pool in the back yard, when that baby's in sservice-----Just try to get clothes on me on the weekends!!!!!!

As for me:
1. I have not worn underwear for years, no matter what else I wear or where I am going. I don't wear underwear to church or to the doctor's office.
2. I don't wear clothes at home unless I get cold or have visitors that would mind.
3. I sleep nude and have done so for over 30 years. It does not matter if I am in someone else's home. I do not own pj's. Cold does not change this, I can add blankets, but will not put clothes on to sleep in

As a young boy on a dead-end country road with the house way back from the road clothing was not necessary in the Summer time. When you spend (spent) most of your waking hours naked, it sure doesn't make sense to get dressed to go to bed!

I feel comfortable outside with an unbuttoned shirt in the winter even when it's freezing; My chest is fine as long as my shoulders are covered;

I sat outside nude one eveing when it was around 35 degrees (F) but only lasted about 5 minutes before I felt too uncomfortable. I don't think I could make snow angels like the pic of Corey (I think it's Corey).

You are to be heartily congratulate! I wonder if you hold the world record (if there is one!) for the longest continuous period of time sleeping nude. Incidentally, you must have had remarkably forward-looking parents in those far off days. I can only claim about 25 years' continuous practice (and I am now nearly 70) although I had tried many times before. As it happens I had quite a bit of disapproval from my wife when I began doing so in earnest.

So far as hospital stays are concerned I have experienced these in France where (surprisingly) the staff, although not actively expressing disapproval, hint that I should cover up. If I shared a room with someone else I did, but otherwise I pointedly did not. When I had to have my best bits shaved on one occasion for a procedure the young nurse who did it was amused (a) that I had nothing on and (b) that I told her not to worry about embarrassing me because I couldn't give a toss about the fact that I was naked in front of her.
