A "switcheroo" (in this context) is when a a server admin/webmaster replaces an image that someone else has linked to without permission, in order to send a message and/or embarrass the violator.
Pasting an url to an image physically located on someone else's website (otherwise known as direct linking) is considered rude, as everytime that image is viewed it consumes THEIR bandwidth (and $$$) and not the bandwidth (and $$$) of the site it is actually being displayed on.
Apparently our beloved Naturist Mark pasted an url to an image on this guy's site, which prompted him to replace said image with another containing a sarcastic message about the virtues of clothing.
