I'm 22 and live in the Athens area. my girlfriend (20, 21 in 2 months) and I are closet nudists, with me wanting to go to some sort of resort or something to that nature while my girlfriend is fearful of being found out (she's a little shy and sadly has bodily acceptance issues) by others that she may know. Fitz - Do you usually play volleyball when you go to PV...the name sounds familiar for some reason.

NewShyNJGuy - Let your girlfriend know that at the resorts she can stay clothed as long as she needs to. She can ease into the nudity part if she is uncomfortable with it.

You do not need to be on MySpace or be a member to review the "nudist" or Groups titles:

Paradise Valley Resort near Dahlonega. Friendly people and nice grouds. You'll like it!

NakedGary... I appreciate your discretion, however, this particular group is moderated by me. It is not an open door policy, one can only join by request and if I review their profile and find them to have other hobbies that don't bode with nudist ideals, they I reject them. I only accept about 10% of the people who want to join. There are no pictures allowed for posting and anybody who is is inappropriate or bothers other members of the group gets kicked out of the group.

95% of MySpaces members are between 13 and 24....that is the age I'm trying to reach! I've made my group different from the rest, in order to offset the mis-use of the word "nudism" on MySpace. Paradise Valley is the closest to Kennesaw. It's about an hour and half to get there.

I do play vollyball most of the time when I go but not this last time. I'm tall and skinny with brown hair if that helps.

Some time in the next month me and Maria (my roommate) are planning to spend the weekend at the Valley, hopefully with our other roommate and a few other friends (even if they can only show up for a single day)

Don't be shy about meeting people when you come to PV, and think about bringing a volleyball if you have one, as the club does not have one, and if you want to meet folks, one of the best ways is to start up a game of volleyball!!

Hey Von. I'm glad that you, too, have someone to share the lifestyle with. it makes it more enjoyable and more relaxing when you have someone else actively practicing it with you.

On a different note... what are the people in georgia doing as the days very slowly start to get cooler? I'm finally switching from a 7pm-7am schedule a more "normal" 7am-7pm schedule so i can perhaps go to some resorts and actually enjoy the morning and midday sun (i'm usually asleep by 8am and don't wake up until around 4pm). I hope to plan a trip soon, even if it's on my own. When i get my wristbands in people in athens will know who newshynjguy is! lol.
