Anyone has the right to post their nude pics here, provided they abide by the rules of the TOS. Minors are not to post nude pics of themselves without fullfilling the requirements mentioned in the TOS agreement, just as NakedGary states.

It would be nice for them (minors), to post pics, but due to the risk violating the FCC rules, it is best to keep the rules the same. Violating the FCC rules, this site could be shut down. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/smoking.gif
