A nude teen burglar allegedly broke into a house in Florida, but was arrested after one of the home's occupants identified him to police ... using her high school yearbook.
The boy, who lived nearby, opened a sliding glass door into her house Tuesday wearing nothing but his birthday suit. He asked if he could hide in her house.
The boy told police he was playing hide and seek with friends, but wouldn't explain why he was naked.

I guess he figured his clothes were 'stealth' then he must also be the same. Didn't work. http://oakhurstonline.com/icon/wink3.gif

Did he break into the house? With the intent to steal? The article doesn't say he did.

missouriboy,
According to Florida law, burglary is entering a vehicle, structure, home, etc. with the intent to commit ANY offense. So, entering the home with the intent to simply commit criminal mischief (vandalism) would be enough to meet the statutory requirements. Entering a home with no criminal intent constitutes trespass of a structure. Sure would be interesting to find out why he was naked. If it was indeed a game of nude hide and seek with his friends, that sounds fun!

It wouldn't be surprising if alcohol or other drugs were involved. Obviously something was lacking in judgement.

The judgement lacking is on the part of the authorities. Apparently, they insist on arresting people even though the Florida Supreme Court has repeatedly ruled on this issue!
