Ok, it was a very interesting vacation to say the least. We didn't know how the vacation would turn out due to Katrina in the Gulf. On saturday we were at a friends house for the fantasy football draft party and some friends of ours just got back from their honeymoon in Greece. After talking to them for awhile, I asked them if they went to the nude beach and, suprisingly, they laughed and said "Hell yeah!" They told us more about it and how much they enjoyed it. Most of the people there were into the converstation and seemed to be envious of their experience. I found this to be a good time to let the cat out of the bag. I said, "We have a confession to make. We have been to a nudist resort in Tampa." Everyone was quite surprised that others enjoyed being naked and started to ask us questions. We explained that we had visited Paradise Lakes and that we had participated in nude rec while we were there. There were no negative thoughts or comments and one person even said that they would go if the opportunity arose. It was easier than I thought to tell people and it was a huge burden off our shoulders to tell someone, let alone a whole party. I feel it was a huge step for us in sharing our lifestyle with textile friends.
Throughout the day and evening, it was brought up frequently by curious friends. They seemed to be excited about it and could not stop asking questions. One friend said he would go but was afraid that he may get an erection and that he might see other men with a bigger package than he had. I explained that while it is natural for men to check out other mens packages, after a little while, you won't even notice it anymore. My girlfriend did invite him to go, but I don't think that his wife would have liked him to go without her.
We decided to leave the area on Monday since the hurricane was further west of us and went to go check out Lake Como. We took a tour of the grounds and headed back to the car. While the club was very big and it seemed to have much history behind it, we had already been spoiled by the luxuries of Caliente and Paradise Lakes. We decided to go around the corner to Paradise Lakes again. We didn't mind paying the daily fees, as we just wanted to have a good time and get some sun. This was our second visit to the resort and enjoy going there very much. We seem to like it there the most because everything you need is in one area and the people have been so friendly. We have been talking about purchasing a membership and will undoubtly do so in the future. The only down side to our visit is that we forgot to put sun block on and now we are so red we can't move.
The point of this long story is that we finally shared with someone what we have done. Surprisingly, everyone was ok with it and very interested. I hope that sharing this with people in the future will be just as easy. If there is anyone in the forum that is also scared or afraid to tell someone, just do it. You will be surprised at the outcome.
In any event, good to be back in the forum and gotta get back up to par on the topics.
