I hope that is not a strange question, here goes. I?m fairly new to nude beaches, this will be my third summer and I often hide myself behind a rock because my body reacts in a way that may upset some? To be more specific, I often get excited and seems to me not in a sexual way. I almost have the feeling that every part of me is so happy to feel the sun and the breeze that I can?t control myself. I don?t get pleasure from this but I?m afraid that I upset others. And forget going to a nude resort where I do want to go ? afraid to get kicked out. What to do? Shold I just ignore what people think?
Thanks

There are 41 replys in the to "shave or not to shave" thread and noone wants to tackle my questions? Please don't tell me that this is such a bad question to ask?

no one wants to respond because there was someone posting a similar question and he seemed dishonest and silly about his posting. i guess everyone does not feel like being tricked again. but i would say go to the nude beach until your member down there gets used to being naked. you can practice being naked at home until your body gets used to it. if you are only naked once or twice a year (at the nude beach) your body is simply not used to being naked. i used to have an erection everytime i was naked until i got used to it. this used to happen when i was younger as well.

fallen, keep in mind that this is one of the most frequently asked first-timer or newbie questions and we have probably answered it here hundreds of times. Also, just waiting for a couple of hours may not be enough. Give people the chance to read it and, if they want, formulate an answer.

Now for my response to your original erection question. They happen. It's all in how you act when you have them which is important. What is appropriate nudist etiquette is to be discreet about it. You have many options such as lying on your back, going for a swim, covering it with your towel, etc. Although there may be a few who don't, most people will more than likely ignore it if you are.

As for nudist parks, the same rules apply. I would like to ask you how often it happens and at what point it happens. You may also be exacerbating the "problem" by worrying about it or expecting it to happen. My suggestion is to just ignore it when it happens and let it pass using the abovementioned ideas.

Have fun.

There are 137 replies to it in this other thread. (http://www.clothesfree.com/cgi-bin/ubb/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=12;t=000024) Did you read that one first?

Welcome to the board, we hope you enjoy it!

Bob S,
I think you meant to say "lying on your stomach" instead of "lying on your back" for "coverage".

Not to be rude or lewd...but

If it is THAT much of a problem, try haveing sex or masterbating before you go. Physiologically, the odds getting an erection will go down. /infopop/emoticons/icon_rolleyes.gif

Hum! Perhaps I will keep my thoughts to myself on this one. This has been covered a great deal in other posts.
