Is anybody up to speed on the nudity laws in Wisconsin? Specifically on ones private property?. We live about a quarter mile off of the main road and we enjoy being nude outdoors, but are concerned with the occational unexpected vehicle coming up the driveway.

The American constitution really cracks me up, you have the right bear arms, but you don't have the right to bare ***!
Not that I'm an expert on US federal or state laws, but surely if you are on your own property and away from the main highway you are entitled to do what you wish, within reason of course. I would say that as long as you took the precaution of warning visitors that they may encounter nudity beyond a certain point on your property, that should cover you legally, but then I don't know the state laws which may be draconian, as is common in some states, especially the bible belt I understand.
We have a saying here, "An Englishman's home is his castle" which means we can do what we want within our own homes, as long as it does impinge upon our neighbours enjoyment of life.
I'll be interested to read what the situation is in Wisconsin, I hope someone who has some knowledge of state law is able to answer the question properly, instead of some wise cracks from a limey.

The Naturist Action Committee (http://www.nac.oshkosh.net/) is based in Wisconsin, and their web site has information about Laws dealing with Nudity in US States and Canadian Provinces.

Agreed, It does say one had the right to the pursuit to happiness. The problem is, everyone thinks after that statement there is "as long as it offends no one elce."
