Since the officers were the only known victims of the indecent exposure, the angler was ticketed by officers for undersize bass only.

this happen in michigan one officer was a woman she was the one that spotted him.

Though he got the ticket for the illegal bass, they were fair about it. congrats to them.

At least they overlooked the nudity aspect. Catching undersized fish, to me, is a cause for a citation. On the coast, Pismo Clams used to be at least 4 - 4 1/2 inches (years ago). but after so many illegals have been catching undersized clams, there are hardly anymore left. I agree with the citation.
