Hi guys , this is my first time in the nudist/naturist community and I'm glad to be here.I have a question about the clothing optional beach at sandy hook nj. How would you rate it .Is it really laid back or do you have a load of gaukers. I'm heading up there tomorrow morning and I will find out then but if you have anything to tell me I would appreciate it. Thanks alot ,John

Not too many gaukers; pretty laid back. Families tend to stay toward left. Couples in middle or back. Gays tend to be to right. Parking fills up quickly weekends, not as bad weekdays. Food & alcohol o.k. on beach; no glass. Carry in - carry out: no leaving trash. Restrooms are in textile area. Snackbar by restrooms & one on beach. Beach is patrolled by park rangers & lifegaurds are there until 6:00. Beach closes at dusk.
