For those who observe it, I hope you have a blessed (skyclad) holiday this weekend. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

All right! For all us culturally deprived yahoos, what's Imbolc?

Neo-Pagan holiday midway between the Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. This year it fell on Feb. 2. It recognizes that the spring birthing season is beginning for some animals and that spring itself is just around the corner.

I can attest to that. We have two new twin baby moose that were born over the weekend in my neighborhood. Have a great day naked...sadly mine is confined to the house.

I know just what you mean, Snoboy. The weather here is miserable most of the time, but then it is winter. I have to keep reminding myself of that when I start complaining. At least I can be nude in my house. I hate having to put something on just to check the mail. /infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Our weather is teasing right now. One day it's in the mid-60s, the next we're back in the 30s. Go figure. /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

What's with the weather these days? It got up to 49 degrees today (and it is normally 20 below right now in Anchorage, Alaska)and the snow and ice is melting like crazy. Our roads have turned into rivers. No skiing this weekend. To big of a risk for avalanches. We lost 7 snow machiners in January and now the risk is even higher. Wish I was in a nice warm place right now, naked as God made me, getting some beautiful sun on my pale buns. /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif /infopop/emoticons/icon_confused.gif

Snoboy ...Its crystal clear and suuny here in northern Cal...Temps could reach the 70s....After a very wet Dec..We"ve had a very dry Jan andFeb..All seems to be due to the path of the Jet stream. Could be great day at Red Rock with the offshore winds

It was 40 and cloudy today. Walked today with boots and ski parka on. Had the parka open in front most of the time. If the sun had been out, the parka woulda been off.
