Nude yoga seems increasingly popular. It does seem like something where nudity would make much more sense than wearing clothes.

Yoga is great....I've been going to the gym here for that. Although I have to admit that there are a few poses where being nude would make me feel quite vunerable.

Have you noticed that when in a Yoga pose almost allways your head is in such a position that you cannot see anything (whatever the anything is). e.g. if bending over with your head trying to touch the ground with feet apart,the view you see is between your legs to the person behind you (your view is his/her back). Anyway who cares what you see. On a beach people bend over and others do handstands etc , what is the difference.

Remember - the body is beautiful. I think the problem you have with contorted bodies also can apply to clothed yoga.

I regularly do nude yoga with my wife but in our conservative town there is unfortunatly no chance of a nude yoga class starting.
