Steve: dont forget this is an international site so many of us are actually enjoying summer in the southern hemisphere.. days like this in Australia we nudists go to the local nude beach; enjoy a nude BBQ with friends; maybe nude bushwalking; a cruise last sunday with 85 other nudists to an isolated island...what more can I say....life is great down under...come join us and leave that boring winter behind...cheers Alan

I, most of the time stay inside, in front of my computer, searching the web and clothesfree.com.

In the evenings, it gets dark around 5:00 pm , then it is a little TV watching.

We go to non-landed groups' gatherings in Maine and New Hampshire. That encompasses 8-9 get-togethers during the winter. As I suggested in another thread, you are free to contact Naturist New Hampshire (http://www.natnh.com) and Maine Coast Solar Bares (http://www.naturisthost.com/mcsb). Each is having a December gathering.

So if you're an adult (over 18) , and have a set of wheels, contact either or both of those groups and GO.

Since we have a lot of nudist friends through our contacts at clubs, there are often private get-togethers. We have a lot of friends from Cedar Waters who we see throughout the winter. Nudism is secondary, but there might be the couple or member who has a hot tub party, etc.

And, of course, there is the possibility of a winter vacation to a warmer place. We just returned from our November "week at Cypress Cove"....

Just curious - you're in my area, but your posts repeatedly ask if there's anyone in the area.

By now, you must know that there are a considerable number of social nudist opportunities in the Merrimack Valley / Coastal New Hampshire-Maine area. Plus the Eastern Gathering. Plus the Ledges. Plus nudist parks not all that far away from you.

So let me turn the tables over to you, Steven. Have you taken advantage of any of them as yet?

OK then we may have met.....and good for you, for getting involved!

I was at the last MCSB , and the last NNH....

I didn't go to the summer NNH events because we have a membership at Cedar Waters and we were going up there all summer -- but we did get to Eastover....

We normally do the same things as we do during the summer though a little farther south than we are now.

One of the reasons I enjoy living here in SoCal is that the seasons don't change a whole lot. We do get them though. That being said I can go to the beach in December. I have even been there in January before if it is sunny and in the high 60's F at least. I sometimes like to head out to the desert for a weekend get away if I can.

But even here it does sometimes get cold enough that it is better indoors than out. I find that I tend to go to more of the meetings at members of my non-landed clubs homes durring the winter months. We have pot luck dinners, good converstion and plan future outings, if we are lucky get to soak in someones hot tub.

I still never seem to be able to replace the amount of time I get to be nude in the summer though, unless you count the time I spend here on the computer.

I just keep the house warm, the fireplace burning, and enjoy being nude around the house. Right now there is a couple of inches of snow on the ground. Great time to be nude in front of the computer on the forums. Maybe a sauna and a brandy later. Winter... and loving it.
