yeah, there are but Mom and Dad say that they have all the evidence they need.
The bible cansay anything you want it to say if you look hard enough. Not a good source for information on morals for sure.

If you want to know more about what the Bible has to say about nudism, check outFig Leaf Forum (http://www.figleafforum.com). You'll find enough there to engage your parents (or anyone else) on the question of the Bible & Nudism

My parents say that there is a whole lot in the bible that says nudity is wrong and sinful but dont mention much of anything and the stuff they do mention doesnt prove anything, weither pro or anti nudity so it really doesnt matter. They just say that i cant expect people to think im a christian if i go around talking about nudity being okay the way I do. That is why I will probably never tell them im a nudist because they just wont accept it, they dont ahve any good reason not to accept it, they just wont.

People -- especially authority figures -- long ago learned they can cite holy texts to justify any position, action, or expression/oppression they want. Terrorists cite scripture. So did Torquemada. And the Teutonic Knights.
Heck, Galileo was excommunicated for making a ridiculous proposition that the Earth revolves around the Sun based on scripture -- never mind that the Bible has little to say on the matter of astrophysics.
The short version is that if someone is trying to dissuade you from persuing some goal based on a holy book of some sort, the only way you might be able to change their mind -- if you think it's worth the effort -- is to cite the same book. Good luck!

my whole family found me out years ago - i am glad they did as they've been ok with it ever since. as long as i'm dressed when guests are here they let me do what i want the rest of the time. the climate in australia also makes it easier
