In seventh grade I once went to school wearing a wind breaker but no shirt. Realized it when I was about to take it off. I just wore it that class then wore my gym shirt the rest of the day. Of course I wasn't a naturist then.

Now, that's quite some "forgetting" going all the way to your neighbors to get the paper w/ no clothes on! I don't think I could quite "forget" (from your picture - you don't look THAT old!) That's great, though. Glad you can feel that cool about yourself.

I TRY to forget - but when I'm out in my back yard even, I have to glance around to ensure that no one is looking. I did find about 2 days ago that the neighbor had some contractor over who was very tall and could see easily over our fence - I didn't "forget" that I was nude, though!

This happened to me a couple of times when I lived in VA (back then we were nude at home 24/7). Once my wife was heading out to work, when I realized she had forgotten her work keys; needless to sat I ran out to the car, only to realize halfway through that I was nude in the open. I ran back into the house; my wife was behind me, laughing hysterically. I don't think anyone saw me.

I wish I lived some place that I didn't have to worry about it, BUT, YES, absolutely this has happened to me. I think I have shared it in a similiar thread several months ago. I look forward to holidays or long weekends, so that I can take advantage of being free as long and as much as I wish. During an extended long weekend, I had been nude for several days (I was doing some catching up on chores and paperwork). I thought the mail had probably arrived and went outside my condo to collect it. I was through the door and down a flight of steps and realized, hey I'm nude! LOL! Isn't it great when we forget though? It's just part of me and life - I really did forget and hadn't thought about it. It would be nice to live worry (or is that clothes?) free? Or both? Luckily the neighbours didn't catch me - they probably wouldn't approve! And yes, the mail had arrived! LOL!

2 years ago I was staying at a Florida hotel that allowed nude sunbathing on the sundeck. So I was sitting and reading and when I got the urge to go to the bathroom. Now the bathroom was about 20 feet down the hall. So I grab my keys and head out to the bathroom, get there do my business and realize that I am nude. It was actually quite funny looking back on it now. Anyways, so I sneak my head out the door to see how empty the hall way is, and it is completely deserted. So I walk back to my room and don't encounter anyone, however I was very concerned about being 'caught' and the consequences of just that. In retrospect I am sure nothing would have happened other than some laughs.

In college while I lived in the dorms gosh even in our bathroom everyone stayed covered up but when I moved to a frat house when going to the john or down the hall after a shower most of us guys let it all hang out naked sometimes even when girls were there. I do remember after living in the frat house having to move for one semester back to the dorm and had totally forgotten and went to the john naked. I was sitting in a stall and could hear voices in the hall and realized I had nothing on. I sat in the tolit for a long time and then when I thought the hall was empty ran to my room. Just as I entered my room I heard a female voice scream "nice A--" I was totally spooked,

Sometimes I will just go naked from bed to the front door and out to get the paper. I do usually look for cars or early morning walkers coming down the street first. When the days get shorter and it's dark, probably won't worry about it. I do sometimes have to check myself before I let the dog out the front door though!

What happened to your wife, reminds me a lot of something my girlfriend did last summer. We were camping at a textile campground. We were getting kind of a late start one morning and I was out preparing our breakfast (oatmeal). So I am cooking and she comes out of the tent wearing absolutely nothing and starts brushing her hair. I don't really look up or notice because I was a little busy. Anyways, across the road are two couples, both of whom have stopped what they are doing and are staring. Oblivious to the fact that she is nude and we are not at a nude campsite, my girlfriend smiles, waves, and come sits next to me at our picnic table. I tell her she looks great but that she is unfortunately under dressed for our current environment. Her reaction was priceless because her eyes got all big, and then she laughed, looked around, realized that she was still being "watched," waved again and goes back to our tent. She emerges a few moments later, wearing a tshirt and umbros, says 'sorry' to the couples and we go on with our day. The couples were pretty cool and said it was all right, so luckily nothing too major happened afterwards. It is a very funny story looking back on it.

I've not quite walked out in the front yard, although I sometimes don't bother getting dressed to go out back after dark. I did once, though, very nearly open the door nude for a pizza delivery. I'd almost fallen asleep waiting for it to be delivered and only really woke up as I was reaching for the doorknob.

Wonder how often that happens?

I live in the city and have a patio at the back of my house. A couple of times I've wandered out there with my coffee early in the morning and then realized I was nude. The first time I went back in and put shorts on, the next time I didn't bother because I knew that the few neighbors that could see me likely wouldn't care.

One afternoon I went to get something out of the car, remembered I was nude when I got out into the driveway. I figured by then if anyone was around they had already seen me so I didn't worry about it!

Where I went to school the dorms were coed. We did not have separate bathrooms. Each shower had its own stall so the school felt comfortable with each student having their own privacy. I don't know how it was at other places, but I do know that we were rare with the whole coed bathroom thing. Either way, if a guy was going to the bathroom its not like a woman couldn't just be hanging out on the floor or anything like that. Hope that helps.

In all honesty, everyone was very respectful of each other and their privacy. No one ever looked over the stall walls or anything like that or any other shenanigans. Each bather got a lot of privacy in the shower stall. Now some people took showers together but that is to be expected in my opinion. Just like other dorms people either wore a robe or a towel while going back and forth from the bathroom to their room so that was pretty normal. After a while we knew each other pretty well and would like talk to each other during the showers but I don't think that is too abnormal either.

The UPS guy made a delivery to my home during a time when I was not dressed. I opened the door just a bit and asked that he leave the package out side my door and I would pick it up later. Unfortunately I needed to sign for the package. I then asked the delivery man open my screen door and pass me the paperwork to be signed. While doing it the pen he had included for me to use fell between the screen door and the door I was behind. Without thinking, I opened my door wide to retrieve the pen. Then it dawned on me that I was standing infront of this guy naked. The exposure having already been done, I just signed the paperwork and handed the pen and paper work back to him. To his credit, he did not even flinch or comment except to say, "Have a nice day!" and then was on his way. Sawdust

I lived in a very similar dorm situation while in college. It was very much like sharing a bathroom with one's sister. People were respectful of each other's privacy. The toilets and showers were in individual stalls, so there was no problem in maintaining one's privacy. The only issue was the urinals. The dorms had originally been built with alternating male and female floors, so the bathrooms on every other floor had urinals. At the beginning of the term, there was a consensus that the urinals should not be used. After a few months, some of the young ladies requested that males who can't remember to put the toilet seat down use the urinals instead.

Not sure if it is the norm these days but I have done so especially at a campground that has an adjoining hotsprings or is one of those out of the way remote kind of campgrounds. I've done most of my nude camping at remote locations on public land but outside of an established campground, out in the wild so to speak. In an established campground my friends and fellow nude campers will try to pick the most remote sites and arrange ourselves so that we cannot easily be seen but anyone walking up to the site would find out pretty quickly. We have even gone so far as to inform other users of the campground of our preffered manner of dress and they usually just say cool, no problem. We keep to our area they to theirs, unless we go on a hike on a trail and then we will cover up until out on the trail then the clothes will usually come off, weather permitting.

We were sitting out on our back deck one evening having dinner. The neighbors pulled up all the way into their backyard, which they usyally never do ( and they are never home on Sunday evenings). We just kept sitting there not knowing what to do. They waved and started to unload their car, none of us left our seats until they were gone.

They are great people, since then we have found that they do not care what we do in our yard. He stated its our property we can do what we want as long as we do not move. They like us as neighbors. But we were scared for a little while.

One day while working in the backyard, I went to the front yard to retrieve a tool I had left. My property is totally secluded, so I never worry about shorts when going around the yard. When I rounded the corner of the house, I saw a car in the drive I did not recognize and a fellow walking back from the front door. The fellow was a traveling salesman who was selling children's books. He saw me just as I saw him and his eyes widened, but to his credit, he launched into his spiel about the books he offered. I thought, after all they are trying to sell you their product; they are stepping into your home; unannounced. So they should be prepared to accept any type of dress, or non-dressed they should happen to run up against.

Unfortunately, since we have been in this house for 22 years, all of the salesmen have made their rounds. When we first moved in, they were all over the place. We have heard so many different presentations, but that was before I became a nudist. I would have loved to see their expressions when they were making their sales pitch to a naked man.

A few years ago, still living with my parents I was cooking in the nude when the phone rang, I went to pick it up beating some eggs while the burner was on. Then the doorbell rang and I opened the door forgetting I was fully naked.

Fortunately it was my brother who is a nudist too and very used to see me in the nude, anyway he asked if I always opened the door being naked.

Then I realized what I have done and we both laughed thinkinh about what could happen if it had been another one.

Yeah, I've forgotten that I was nude and was seen by neighbors.

One day I was loading my car for work. I had to make several trips from the house and garage to the trunk. I was nude of course and it was early. I had pulled the car out of the garage for ease of access and on one of the trips I was greeted by our male neighbor. He said "morning" and kinda rolled his eyes. I didn't think much of it and they seemed to be a bit distant for a couple of weeks.

We began talking again and a few days later, I was unpacking my trunk in the same way and was seen by the female neighbor. I was getting into the car to pull it into the garage and so she just saw me for a few seconds walk out of the garage and into the car nude. She waved at me through the windshield of her car and pulled her car into her garage and shut the door.

I told my wife what had happened and she just smiled and rolled her eyes and said, "I knew you'd get caught someday." Again they seemed distant for a few more weeks. We met some really nice "new" neighbors that moved in right next to these neighbors. While talking to them she stated that we were spoken very highly of from our next door neighbors and they too hoped we never move away.

My wife and I think it's about time to have them over for a glass of wine and talk about this whole nudism thing. It could be still possible that they might convert.
When they saw you, they were probably surprised and speechless.
A relaxed discussion over a glass of wine, might provide a greater understanding on their part.
If you build up the benefits, they may decide to give it a try.

Stranger things have happened! They are a pretty conservative couple. The have kids at home still, one in HS and the other in elementary. She loosens up quite a bit when she's had a few, seen this at several parties (textile) we've had her at home and they were invited. It really isn't the need for validation, or to see them naked, or to have another couple of naturists friends that we'd like them to experience nudism. once when i was getting ready for gym class. i took off my school clothes and when i'd just taken off my underwear when i realised that if i had continued i would have done gym completely in the nude.

I have a place way down back in my yard where I can dump them but this area can be seen from another street of a few houses that kind of abut my property.

I went down there nude to dump ashes not thinking a thing of it. Wasn't long that there were not one, not two, not three, but a whole flock of sherrif's dept cars cruising the neighborhood. They were looking for some 'pervert naked guy' that was terrorizing the neighborhood.

I never said a word to the sherrifs nor anyone else, just let it pass and it did.

My wife has far more stories to tell than I. But, the most recent "incident" happened today when I stepped out of the hot tub and was allowing the winter air to cool me off. From around the corner off the house came one of my daughters buddies. She had left her watch next to the tub when the two of them were soaking the night before. (They are both in grad school to give you an age perspective). As it was mid day (I had the day off) she was as surprised as I was. After settling our hearts, she found her watch and we had a brief chat about school and she left.
Later, she commented to my daughter that she wasn't kidding about her parents always running around naked.

I have had it happen a couple of times that when my parents aer away i'll walk around the house nude. ONe time i was upstairs when they came home early, and i had to run to the bathroom and wrap up in a towel and pretend i was just about to take a shower.

When I was in college a couple of years ago many of the guys wrapped a towel around themselves when walking to and from the bathroom. I never did choosing instead to put the towel around my neck and I was not the only one who felt comfortable enough to walk naked. I was also usually naked in my dorm room as well. In my last year of college I rented a house with five other guys. I made it clear to the other guys, several of whom had been roommates with me in the dorm, that I was a nudist and did not wear clothes at home. Things were pretty free and comfortable that year. I got dressed when I was going to class otherwise I was usually nude unless we had a large group of friends over. Within a month of moving in together three of my other housemates adopted my lifestyle choosing to be nude when home. a couple months ago I let my dog out in the backyard to play , she started to chase a skunk around the yard so i ran out and started to yeal at her to get in the house it was not untill i got her in that i relized that i was nude
