May we all take a moment of Rememberance today for the victims and hero's of the tragic day at the world trade center destroyed on September 11th.

Spent several moments thinking about them today.

They left a world that is very different from the one we live in today.

It was a great and unnecisary sacrifice that had them leave this world in a life that was too short. I not only think of them today, but in my mind it is there everyday. I will personally never forget those lives that were lost on this day so many years ago. That tragedy has struck the lives of all of us, not just the ones that were directly affected. To forget would be the ultimate loss.


The only thing I can add to this is PSALM 91

He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say t\of the Lord "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust" surely he will sae you from the towler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings ou will find refuge. His faithfulness will be your shield and rampart. You will not fear the terror of night, nor the arrow that flies by day, nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness, nor the plague that destroys at midday. A thousand may fall at our side, ten thousand at your right hand, but it will not come near you. You will only observe with your eyes and see the punishment of the wicked. If you make the Most Hight your dwelling---even the Lord, who is my refuge---then no harm will befall you, no disaster will cmoe near your tent. For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways. They will lift you up in their hands, so that you will not strike your foot against a stone. you will tread upon the lion and the cobra, you will trample the great lion and the serpent. Becuause he loves me, "says the Lord,"I will rescue hi; I will protect hm for he acknowledges my name. He will call upon me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble, I will deliver him and honor him. With long life will I sagisfy him and show him my salvation.


The lives that were lost on that day, are now living a new life and fighting for the Lord Almighty up in the heavens above. Let us know and rejoice in the fact that they are with him now. AMEN

This morning, on MSNBC, I watched the replay of NBC's coverage as it happened six years ago. It brought a tear to my eye more than once.
