Nudity in Kids Cartoons

Today,11:00ish, while sitting in the E.R. waiting room , some kids had the TV on Cartoon Network, and I was suprised to look up and see a nude cartooned man standing there, scratching his bare butt. Later in the cartoon, I can't remember the show, but it was something to do with the freedom Frontier. and some kids, cartoon names I've heard before, the kids loaded up in aircraft and invaded a castle with assult guns, of some sort, and some real heavy artillery used in invading this castle. It reminded me too much of an assault on a Iraq town. what the hell has come of Kids cartoons?
Is this what we want our kids, or grandkids watching for cartoons?

What time was this? I know you said it was around 11, but was it am or pm? If it was at night then what you saw was Cartoon Network's Adult Swim block. During this time they show cartoons that are meant for mature viewers.
