Hey folks,
I have been reading through some posts this morning and it seems like people are posting stuff like I will be in Yontsville Saturday and I want to meet people, actually women only, and they should be in there 20s or 30s.
Im not trying to complain but if your looking for a date, please go somewhere else. It is my understanding this is a site for naturists not a dating service. /infopop/emoticons/icon_frown.gif

I agree 100% that this is not a dating service. /infopop/emoticons/icon_mad.gif

That's very true and when I saw the title of your post, I thought you were another one doing just that. I almost didn't click on it.

After seeing others' posts who were looking for someone, and noting that it wasn't deleted, I was very tempted to try it myself. However, one of the things that stops me is remembering someone's words, "There must be something wrong with anyone who has to advertize to find someone." I don't necessarily believe that, but there are people who do. I did join a nudist dating service once but soon learned that was a waste of monen.

I've always been shy about meeting women, and I have a fear of rejection. Plus, the only women who seem to be attracted to me are obese, uglier than sin, mentally off, sluts like my first wife, and even more desperate than I am.

Be nude and have fun. /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif /infopop/emoticons/icon_cool.gif

Hey Guys,

I too am skeptical about dating services especially with all the wackos who love to visit the different sites, but I have discovered that some are fairly safe, even when they allow my x roommate to advertise (I will reserve comment). And he is definitely not a nudist in the safe way.

And as a single female nudist, it can be just as scary for us out there amongst the textiles who seem to associate nudism with voyerism, swinging and anything else they try and label us as, who elect to be nudist.

Greensunshine,

Thanks for opening my eyes to something I hadn't even considered.

I am a married man, so I usually ignore "Looking for a date posts...", but I decided to see if I could get a good chuckle out of this thread. Most of the posts that I see like this are almost laughable in their transparency. I often wonder how many men say they are nudists just so they can meet woman that like to be naked!

But I had never considered how it must be to be a female nudist and try to date in a textile world. How do men react when they learn you are a nudist? I would bet most of them get like the wolf in those old Tex Avery cartoons...

Thanks for making me think of the other side of these posts!
