COUPLES FOR ART PROJECT

ilming art project. We are looking for committed couples of all shapes, sizes, races, sexuality and age (over 18) to pose nude in black and white filmed with slight movement (ie: eye blink). This project is a study of intimacy. How people can be physically comfortable with another person and it not have to do with sex. It will be shot in a studio in Westchester, NY.

These poses will be cut into a narrative short film of a couple in a relationship crisis. The juxtaposition of the breakup and the real people should create the feeling that couples can get through anything, but you can't get through it guarded.

Please email if you are interested. You DO NOT need to email naked photos. This is an art project.

PLEASE NOTE: if you know any older couples, married 25 years or more or a single person who has lost their love and willing to pose nude with a naked photo of their partner it would make this project only more daring and interesting.

What is weird about it?

NUDITY is always shown in films as sexual. It's never shown as two people naked carrying on a regular conversation.

Experienced models ask for this, if their agents don't. (Provided they have good agents.) So, you know that a background check will be made eventually.

Gladly. I have been directing After School Special for the past few years and I wanted to create a project that is both moving and intimate. Intercut with the breaking up scene will be black and white filmed stills. I hope this will create the feeling that people can get through anything as long as they are unguarded.

It's a poem to intimacy, nudity and perseverance.

The filmmakers are not students but professionals from commercials, music videos and feature films. Please feel free to ask any more questions and drop me a note if you are interested.
