Is everyone getting their copies of Naturally Magazine from INA? I haven't gotten one for over a year and can't seem to get the INA staff to respond to my e-mails.

I have a feeling you'll get a response now!

I have responded to your last email. I will try again and send this one to your hotmail also.
I sent a request to the subscription department and should get a response soon if it has been being sent to the proper address.
Thanks!

Corey,

Don't you think this would have been better as a private message? You're showing his name, address, & email to the public. Did he want others to know if this personal information?

I edited out your address and called Corey, he didn't mean to do that, he just pasted the email response with the address. Sorry about that!

In is an excellent example of outstanding service by INA. A mistake was made and corrected in just hours. I wish all organizations would give such great service.

this is the beginning of my second year as a subsribing member and I too have never received a magazine. this is partially due to moving around a lot and perhaps in between the publication dates. i have a few technical suggestions

1. have member profiles that we can access to change mailing and other info. when i was moving around it was near impossible to get my new address to INA

2. when someone signs up for a subscription and they are inbetween issues, immediately send them the recent back issue, otherwise its a long wait for the next one and it seems as though they aren't getting anything.

sincerely,
snowmoneky

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I did get my Fall issues of Naturally. I also found your e-mail to me in the junk mail folder of hotmail. How it got there I don't know, but you're now back on the preferred list.

However, I'm still three issues short.
