I am tired of hearing how we could have a town/ county for us nudists. Lets do something about it. I am looking for investors to assist me in getting the property to make this town a reality. The state does not matter. However, I am in Florida and I would love to help make this town of ours grow. Please e-mail me if you are interested in this venture. We can do it. Lets role on t. Be with God and in all his glory. Be the way God made us to be. Free, and nude. He did not put me here with cloth on my skin. He put me here with skin on my body to be looking like him. Not for us to cover our bodys up. Be Free.

I like the example of "El Fonoll" in Spain (I know, you are looking for Florida), which is a whole naturist village. It was derelict and more or less abandoned until some people bought it up and converted into a permanent nudist village (it's not like Cap d'Agde which is for the massess, Fonoll is for the seriously interested - it hasn't got a beach among others ;-).
In Europe, quite a few people with money to invest are starting up naturist campsites (usually they take over an existing textile/naturist campsite because regulatory conditions make it increasingly difficult to start a new campsite) or B&B's/small hotels and guesthouses. France, Spain and Portugal have still lots of appropriate property for sale. But you need deep pockets to make sure you can survive the first 5-10yrs before money starts coming in. (unless one takes over an existing and well running naturist venue but that is serious amount of $$).
Taking over hotels and converting them into semi-naturist venues seems an appropriate option if the location and reputation is good. This will also work out very well in many of the regions in Germany, Austria, etc. I know several of these venues. Although the investment is high, you are guaranteed income right away.
