Today's photograph features a male in centre screen with some sort of belt/adornment around his tummy and seeming to encompass the genital area.

I'm not criticising the adornment but I've never seen anything like it before.

Can anyone educate me on this device?

In one of the Clothes Free shows, we watched this guy get painted (terrible paint job I might add) for the bike ride. So it is definately blue paint.

We saw others in the newscast that had wonderful paint jobs. I am not sure when they had the newscast but someone here will...maybe post a link.

I am so bad this morning....I cannot remember the name of the bike ride and what the newscasters names are. I need more coffee first.
