Net Nude Gathering in Texas

There is a cool website with chat room called www.netnude.com (http://www.netnude.com) and once in a while all the chatters get together in real life. Well, this year, the gathering is really close to where I live in Austin, Texas. I am going /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Anyone else going? Also, I know Natural Radio On-line is planning to be there, is the INA planning anything?

Star Ranch is actually just about 20 miles east of Austin on Highway 290 just outside a little town called McDade. The people there are very friendly and it is a nice place to go. If it wasn't for the time of year (I do tax work) this would be a great time to go. Cold drinks and snacks at what I consider somewhat low prices (for what I would expect to pay) are freely available but they do sometimes run out of diet drinks. I would strongly encourage anyone who can to go and also this is the Bare Buns 5 K run is being held April 12 (Saturday).

From Highway 290, turn on Waco Street located next to a white steeple church. Take Waco Street for 0.25 miles past the railroad tracks and immediately turn left onto Brown Road.
Continue on Brown Road for 1.9 miles until you see the sign Eely Road / Star Ranch. Turn left onto Eely Road. Proceed on Eely Road for 0.25, bear to the right and follow the signs to the gates of Star Ranch.

Hi Bartimus...sorry I didn't get back to you. Thanks Frank for picking up the slack. Anyway, I just got back from the gathering, I couldn't stay too long, but I spent the night on Sat. It was fun. The Sohnoans (Star Ranch peeps) have a reputation for being friendly and now I can see why. That and the net nuders were way cool nice funny Canadians /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif I had a good time, too bad INA couldn't make it, but Natural Radio On-Line was there representin'...not that I won one of the coveted calendars but oh well lol...Whoever said they couldn't go because of tax season I have this to say to you. I work in taxes to and I still made time! hahaha...anyway, I will be there (Star Ranch) again next weekend for the 5K Bare Buns Run and this time I am leaving with a souvenir...

I had a lot of fun this weekend which was my first time ever at a nudist resort. Hope to be able to visit more in the future.
