I checked out your web page. I'd like to make a comment about your Project Discovery. There are alot of good documentaries out there already. The goal is perhaps, not to get them to make a new documentary, but to air one that already exists. Though I will agree that if it is produced by them, it may be given more respect.
If you don't think existing documentaries are any good, then maybe an avenue you can explore is (1) roughing out what you would want in the final project, then (2) approaching people in either film classes at your school or a film club there and see if they would help you realize your goal.
If you want Discovery to air it, you are probably going to have to somehow soften the edge of the nudity to make it acceptible to the public at large; nudity in and of itself could be a turn off from people hearing your message. However, how you show people who are nude without showing them nude, and not using cliche cover ups is something you would have to work out.
