making your own nude park

i do not no anthing about zonning laws but i no alittle about the law and there is park with a large pound restroom fascitly's and benches. it probly would of been a good idea to pitch this idea before the renivated. but i am gust asking dos any no about geting a park zonned for nudist activtys. not how but any specail requarements.

This is a great question. With as many nudist options as there are in Florida, there are not enough places to be nude legally. Some of the resorts are quite expensive and the Central florida beaches may be too far to drive for some. Parking can also be a problem as well. There must be someone who is familiar with the laws regarding creating new nude areas and what restrictions and codes must be followed.

Also, since I have recently moved to Southern California, I am curious if someone or some group has been thinking about the same thing here. Legal nude venues here seem very hard to find!

As far as getting a park zoned for nude use, I can't help you..sorry.
If you are looking for a nude beach then Apollo Beach located at the north end of Canaveral National Seashore, just south of New Smyrna Beach is a recognized nude beach...if you are looking for one close to you. Drive to parking lot 5 and then walk south on the beach approx. .25 miles until you reach the sign that designated the nude area. This is not an "state sanctioned offical" nude beach but there is an agreement with the park service to allow nude useage in this area. (There is also Playalinda on the south end of Canaveral but it does not have any agreement regarding nude use and the county/police can harrass nude users at times. (Hopefully this will end if the county pulls their head out of their arse!)
