this might just be ignorance but when i went to a european beach i had no idea that women didnt nead to where there tops again maybe my ignoance

Not ALL EUROPEAN beaches are like tht at all. In England its a crime if you go to a public beach (and if you are a women)go topless as it may affend someone. So not everywhere in europe is the same. And yes you are being ignorant. lol.
