My wife and I are off to Vera in a week or so - any advice please on where to eat, where else to visit, other beaches to visit etc - naturism, culture and wildlife advice!
We are staying in the hotel and also in the Vera apartments
Thanks in anticipation

Hi Mil2, we were at Playa Vera last November. The beach is OK, but a bit harsh under your feet in places. There is a fair level of nudity along the beach, but equally a fair amount of textile too. Around the Playa Vera hotel frontage there is a nice restaurant where you can sit and eat/drink nude if you so wish.
With regards where to eat, there are a lot of places worth missing, and a lot of places worth visiting, it really does seem to be hit and miss I am afraid. We had our best meals at the Desert Springs Golf Complex, which is about 20 minutes drive out from Playa Vera (but well sign posted)
All along the coast are restaurants which will serve fresh fish and sea food dishes, it does rather depend on what you want to enjoy.
I am sure you will enjoy the vacation, and the country side around there is simple but stunning at times. Try visiting Mojacar on Sunday, and sit in the square to enjoy a coffee and watch the world go by, it's sooooo relaxing....
Thanks for the info - will post anything we think is good when we return!
