    TV Doctors & Oprah

Did anyone happen to see the TV Doctors show yesterday? They did about 3 min on the healthy effects of the nudist lifestyle and (Nudist Colonies) None of the 4 doctors were negative about the subject. Very positive. Also, Oprah showed 4 women going skinny dipping at Black's Beach. The segment was about getting out of your rut and experiencing something new. To challenge yourself. One woman couldn't get naked.

Wow. That sounds interesting. I missed that and hopefully will get a chance to see it later.

I hope they do something about nudity not affecting children sometime soon. Need something to counter the bad things that some of the child psychologists said about it that have been in public folklore for the last few years.

Wish I'd seen the TV doctor thing.

WOW!!! I am surprised that is some good PR right there. I hope AANR and TNS capitalize on this and try to extend an offer to Oprah to do a segment from one of their locations. May suggesting some sort of a free trial offer to a group of Oprahs loyal fans. This could be huge if they get on it.

My wife saw the show. It has inspired her. She said she wanted to get a membership at the club where I go! Yes, this would be a good opportunity for TNS or AANR to capitalize on the positive feedback out there on this show.

I saw both of them (yeah, I watch Oprah!!!). They were both very positive. The plastic surgeon (I don't remember his name) on the Doctors is evidently a nudist and gave the piece a positive spin. They talked about how healthy nudism could be in that it lowers blood pressure, cholesterol, and builds self esteem. I guess it''s our "care free" attitude that has theses affects but whatever it is, its good with me. Oprah's show was for women who wanted to live "outside the box" and try and regain their self esteem. There were five women involved, only one didn't remove her clothing (not show on TV of course). But it was really surprizing at how relaxed the other four seemed with it. I have thought for a long time that everyone is a nudist to some extent, its societal rules that keep us down!!

Can you imagine if Oprah came out and said she has visited a nude beach or resort and 'loved it!'. Oprah, being who she is, would bring nudism into the spotlight like nothing else I can imagine.

Well it looks like you all are ga ga with Oprah.
She has been highly criticized of her "so called medical experts" she has on her show. Many are washed up actresses.

I'm not speaking of the benefits of nudism - or this topic. But the quacks she has on her show.

By the way, why are all the doctors that are on these various "Doctor Shows", wearing scrubs on set?
I'm not paranoid, it's just that the whole damn world is a conspiracy.

I watched both segments and was pleasently surprised that they were even talking about nudity, let alone in a positive light.

On Oprah's show the lady that took the 5 women out to Blacks Beach told the others to strip and they just thought she was joking. Until she took off her top. Then four of the five stripped and as the leader headed to the water one of the others ran passed her.

As to why the doctors wear scrubs, On the show "THE DOCTORS" the only one that wears scrubs is Dr. Travis Stork, Drs. Lisa Masterson and Jim Sears wear white lab coats. Dr Ordon (the plastic surgeon) usually wears a suit.

And on the DR. OZ SHOW, Dr. Oz usually wears street clothes unless he is going to be doing a medical demonstration.
