Thanks for being a regular donor. Although your blood type is uncommon (1.5% in the US), it is your "negativity" that makes you special. The negative blood types can be given to the positive blood types, so you can donate to about 14% of the US population.
I'm O+ so I can only donate to other positives. O negatives are the universal donors. Even though they can help everyone, it comes at the cost of only being able to receive from other O negatives (< 7% of the population).
