Certainly we don't see a ton of footage on the evening news featuring Haulover beach in Florida or other less clothing-complusive destinations, so I think this is going to get some headlines for awhile and then fade into the fabric of everyday society like a pair of comfortable denim jeans. Wait, did I just type that?? --- Oh brother, I think I need a San Francisco vacation as well!

So what's the real story when it comes to walking nude there? Can people really just walk down the streets nude without getting into trouble, or is this limited just to the Castro district?
My wife & I both would love to go somewhere where we can walk nude down the street - was wondering if we went there, if we could do this - or would we still get ticketed or arrested?

In theory it should be anywhere in the city, but I'll bet you dollar to donuts that if you did so in a 'nice' residential neighborhood or too close to schools they would find a reason to take you into custody: public nuisance, disorderly conduct, suspicion of severe mental health disorder, etc.

i hope there is a list of these so called nice neighbourhoods that a person can refer to .
and also that you would get a warning before they arrest you if you are in the wrong area .

I believe I read an article a few years back about a man doing his morning martial arts routine in Golden gate park while nude. He was arrested but judge dismissed the case because simply being nude isn't a crime.
