The New Full-Frontal: Has Pubic Hair in America Gone Extinct?

Odd question on this topic...
I shave my pubic hair but I also shave my legs. So I'm completely smooth down there. How does it work with guys who shave their pubic hair? If they have leg hair and chest/tummy hair, doesn't it look odd that just that region is shaved or do you also have to shave your legs, tummys and chests to make it look right. Surely otherwise it would look a bit like a tanline on just your crotch?

In my case, I have very little body hair. I used to think I had hairy legs and chest. But my wife points out that compared to many men we know, I have very little. So shaving pubic hair is not all that noticeable. My wife just went to a near fully waxed look a couple of weeks ago, just left a little strip in front.

At my gym, the guys who have shaved it all off, seem to be very self-conscious about it and seem to grab a towel right after showering...............the rest of us just take our time at the lockers.

I find this funny too. My wife always seems to act surprised when we go to nude beaches & resorts, and she sees how many guys shave or trim. I say all the time that more guys are shaving than you think. But for some odd reason, guys (mostly the non-nudists) seem to want to keep that a secret. I know a lot of women who appreciate it when guys keep the hair to a minimum down there.

I prefer to be trimmed, with just the little landing strip. I'm not a fan of body hair & like to keep everything neat & clean.
