I did some research on this and the Ohio theroy is not the only one going around. Because that is a weak argument one guy is saying that there were deliberate clarical "errors" and that it never got the 2/3 it needed. I forget his name, but I found it easily on a search.
An opinion shared by many does not make it true.

Um, what is wrong with "foreign" workers? According to you:

Don't ever call yourself a Patriot and encourage companies to take American jobs and put them into another country. I have no problem with foreign workers, just the guys like Romney who believe that if a company can only increase profits by lowering wages than it is their feduciary duty to move manufacturing to lower wage countries. Romney and his ilk are far from Patriots, they are Traitors. I'm confident that All the Founding Fathers would agree with my perspective.
    B in Colorado,

Claiming that someone else's marriage is against your religion is like being angry at someone eating a donut because you're on a diet.

    Poor Bin...what a dilemma!

You fault Romney but you side with Obama who has a controlling interest in General Motors. GM announced that they will be building a new plant in China to build Cadillacs.

You side with Obama who appointed the CEO of General Electric to head up the President's Jobs Council while GE dumped 34,000 American jobs but added 25,000 overseas. And GE announced that they are moving their entire X-Ray division to Beijing.

    Are they Traitors also????

Bit confused here Gloria.....You contend that Obama is a bigger supporter of "American" business than Romney?... does that mean we can look forward
to you showing up at some of Barack's $50,000 a seat fund raisers?

No, Baron, I do not contend that Obama is a supporter of American business. I am merely joining with my colleague, Yogi, to point out blatant hypocrisy.

Bin labels Romney a traitor because he ALLEGEDLY sent American jobs overseas.....but supports Obama who controls businesses that publicly announce their intentions to send jobs and investments overseas and have done so for the last five years.

It did not take very long for a bipartisan topic to turn into the usual our party is always right/their party is always wrong.

    Your point is?

Obama does not have a 'controlling interest' in GM.

There are some people out there that misinterpret the Constitution and its Amendments (which ARE the Constitution) ... for their own ends.

The weirdest "tax rebels" were a couple not too far from us -- the Browns -- who escalated their tax evasion case into one that could have resulted in a serious (literally) firefight .... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Edward_and_Elaine_Brown based on their twisted interpretation of the Constitution. ODD.

And the aforementioned "birther" movement has tried, and still tries, and fails, before small state courts, to use a Supreme Court statement accepting prima facie evidence of a plaintiff's citizenship as a ruling (which it was NOT) redefining the 14th Amendment citizenship clause (already gone over that).

Long story short -- there are a great many "Constitutionalists" who don't have a clue. Most of the ones who twist things are those trying to convince you -- and sell you packages and materials on the subject -- that you don't have to pay taxes.

Of course, lawyers always look for little technicalities to get their way in a court case -- thus the basis of the "birther" arguments -- which now are "yes, Obama WAS born in the States, but...." and most of the time, they get slammed down.
