Out of all the few docs on naturism that have come out recently, "Zita dans la peau...d'une naturiste" (a better translation might be "Zita in a naturist's shoes") might be one of the most engaging. And informational.
Zita has a series of docs featuring her immersing herself in a variety of situations, from obese woman to homeless to maid, etc... And so she chooses to immerse herself in the nudist world in this particular one. What makes this interesting (I think) is that she doesn't give a third party perspective - she gives her own perspective as a nude woman in a variety of nudist situations. You see her trying out nudity at home to "acclimate herself." You see her having the first timer jitters. She is also very open about all her feelings and issues along her nudist journey; for example when she realizes in the middle of a hike that people behind her are going to see her labia on uphill paths. She candidly brings up and discusses her issue with it; and candidly overcomes it. She is also very vocal about how disturbing the "perv factor" at Cap D'Agde was to her (as illustrated in Zita09!). You see trying social nudism, urban nudism and nudist advocacy and reactions to all these forms of nudity.
The blurring (which was weird for a French doc) was a bit of a distraction, because it seemed totally random. Sometimes just the face and genitals are blurred, sometimes the body but not the face...it's all over the place. I think that they blurred on individual preferences; which i don't think worked very well.
Obviously if you don't speak French you might not get the whole story. But it's still a good watch.
