Every year in Amsterdam there is a three day cultural event to mark the start of the new cultural season. It's called "Uitmarkt" which translates roughly like "TimeOut bazaar" or something. Lots of stalls and events to promote all the cultural things happening (music, theatre etc etc).
Anyway, the following images were used as advertising, they were put all over the city on billboards. If you closely you will see the three people run free having just thrown off their clothes. "Uit" in dutch also is used in the context of taking off clothes. And the text "het culturele seiszoen breekt los" also has a double meaning wrt to the images. It means "the cultural seizoen is about to start", but "breekt los" also means like someone or something "breaking loose/escaping" (e.g., animal from zoo, or criminal from prison). The images illustrates this by people running wild (breekt los) and throwing off their clothes ("uit").
I am not sure if the invitation actually extends to soliciting people to join naked in the events (hehe).
Have fun, stay naked.

These remind me of the old posters the Pacifist Socialist Party used to put out. "PSP... disarming", it said.
