Are Nudist equated to health nuts? What do you Eat?
Nudists are often equated with "earthy, vegetarian, granola-crunchy" types.
What about you.

I'm an omnivore and my wife is a vegetarian. A lot of the time we will do a vegetarian meal, but other times I'll either do my own version - two pots of soup, or stew for example - or just broil a bit of dead animal to have on the side.

My folks are veggies, more through the cost of meat than belief.
My oldest sister is the true veggie.
I had too see the doc after getting dizzy and the first question was are you a vegatarian and he did some blood tests and found out I was anaemic. He told me to eat meat to get some iron into my blood.

A true meat eater here. I love most types of meats, but I do eat veggies as well, just not as much. I do however, watch my weight, so I don't overstuff myself. But with the holidays coming upon us, I think I might eat a little more than usual. Just have to go back on my diet, again.

I don't think nudists are any more healthier than non nudist. Just go to local nude beach or resort to figure it out. As you'll see a lot are overweight or obese. In fact, I even think many are more unhealthy than non nudist.
I on the other hand am not a health nut. I am not vegetarian or vegan. I eat meat but restrict red meat and pork. I live a healthy lifestyle. In addition to exercising 5 days/wk, making healthy eating choices, I also do not eat anything with high fructose corn syrup.
I do wish nudists would adopt more healthy lifestyle choices.

Part Time Veggie
I was a vegetarian for a few years, and felt pretty good healthwise...
But have been interested in nudity much longer...
so for me the two are not related...
I do have some nice veggie cook books we drag out now and again...
and we don't eat much meat, partly due to expense of it, partly due to it not being really necessary in every meal...
trying to keep our boyish and girlish figures LOL...
Take Care,
Daniel

I retired from the working world and bought a farm with a sizable herd of beef on the hoof on it and I work helping a friend at his butcher shop cutting steaks ... what do you think!?
No really, we are omnivores here, we eat it all, meat, seafood, vegetables, fruits and nuts and are far, far healthier than any herbivores or carnivores I know.

Wife is vegan. I'm close to it except for when we go out or have company over. Then it's time to EAT MEAT!

Meat eater
With me it depends on money, when I am working I have some kind of meat nearly everyday. I enjoy a good steak, Pork loin, chicken breast about everyday. But if things are tight, or I am unemployeed such as now it maybe once a week if i am lucky. It has nothing to do with what I wear or how I live, more to do with what I enjoy.
