I think it helps...
I've never mentioned it here, and I've never denied it(my back problem). I have scoliosis. Curviture of the spine. It afflicts woman mostly-and teenage boys that sit on their wallets and cruise in cars for hours. I digress, it's my opinion that nudism has only-lessened-my pain associated with this affliction. I only mention now because of my own realization. Stradeliing baby gates, climbing ladders etc...When I do strenuous physical activity naked(keep it out of the gutters!!!) I'm never in as much pain as when I'm clothed. Anyone else have similar experience?
Naturush.
