Urinal rules

I just came back from shopping. While at a Wal Mart, I needed to urinate.

I went into the men's room, unzipped, pulled out my penis and proceeded to urinate.

A younger male, perhaps in his 20s, came in and said "Oh My".

I asked what the problem was and he said I was standing so he could see everything.

I told him I don't stand so close that urine splatters on my clothes. I also pointed out that in a men's room, one should not be surprised to see a penis urinating.

He did not say anything at that point.

My question for the guys is this. Is it now expected to stand so close that no one can see a penis when a man is urinating?

I stand close to the urinal. Not only will you have the occasional gay man, (not that there is anything wrong with that,) standing next to you, staring at your junk, but also young boys. All you need is a 6 or 7 year old walk out of a public bathroom and tell his mother he just saw a mans penis. She starts asking questions and the penis sighting gets embellished. You know what happens next. I'm sorry. It's the times we live in.

If a boy in a men's room is going to be seeing a penis urinating, then we have real problems.

I remember the men's rooms in stadiums that typically had a long trough. There might be a hundred penises, no dividers, peeing in it at the same time.

Also, who cares if a gay guy looks.

Being a gay man myself, I can assure you that I do not go "looking for penises" in the mens room. I urinate, wash my hands, and exit the facility.

Apparently there is a belief that if a gay man sees your penis, you'll catch teh gay. Thus the need to outlaw peeing.
