What do you need to know about it? Saying that you would like to know more about it is kind of like saying you'd like to know more about Europe. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

What kind of project is it? Is it a speech? A paper? Is it to be a debate? Do you want to argue for it or against it or just give general information about it with no conclusions?

I guess I'll start off by saying generally what nudism is to me.

First, I have never really liked to wear clothes when I didn't have to. I find that I am more physically comfortable without clothes.

Social nudity came years after I practiced home nudism. I went to a resort and found the people to be exceptionally friendly and happy. I also felt exceptionally friendly and happy while I was there nude with others. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

I have been going to nudist resorts for over four years now and love going each time and dread putting my clothes back on at the end of the day.

Well, I hope this gets you started. Post some more specific questions and I'm sure everyone will jump in with help.

Brainyguy, I am a college student and will be doing a persuasive speech later this semester. I have decided to argue for nudism. I thought I would start my speech with: My name is ______ and I am a nudist. I, too, would love suggestions to put in my speech that will support my argument. I have been a naturist for quite a while but would love to have other view points to include in my speech. I think it will be fun and certainly one that will maintain the attention of the young to middle-aged classroom audience. Have a wonderful day nude. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif[/img]

Snoboy,

I think that's a brilliant idea. You might have a look at the 205 reasons in support of nudism which is linked from the home page of clothesfree.com for some ideas to get you started.

To make it really persuasive you need to put yourself in the place of your audience, many of whom will be sceptical, and try to imagine all the possible arguments they could have against nudism. You could perhaps use these arguments as the basis for your speech.

If it's possible you could perhaps post your speech on a web page somewhere before you actually deliver it and see if any of us here are persuaded by your arguments. Shouldn't be too difficult. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif[/img]

Thanks for the great suggestion to utilize the 205 reasons and also the great site about nudity in the classroom. They will be great resources to draw from, but I will keep my pants on Outdoorbare because they might cast my naked butt out into the snow. [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_eek.gif[/img] I may have a few pictures but undecided what to show and what not to show. Any other suggestions will be deeply appreciated and I will do my best to put it up on a web site as soon as I have it drafted. (If I am able to do that...feedback would be appreciated.) The speech is later in the semester but I must get started on it now if I want to do well. I presently have a 4.0. I take all my work very seriously. Thanks. The Forum is like family to me. Being away from most of my family...who live in Florida, while I live in the Last Frontier...it is wonderful to know that I have friends from around the world who love nudism as much as I and are willing to share their experiences and thoughts. Hi Alundra, I would be glad to help in your project. I doubt I can be of as much help as others though. I have only been a nudist for a few months and only here at home and at my friends house. But I can tell you about my fist time, Christmas, and things like that. Im 13/f and havent been lucky enough to attend clubs or resorts like others yet. Well thats all. write if ya want.
