As if you actually new such a place existed.
According to The Kansas State eCollegian, http://www.kstatecollegian.com/stori...w_nudity.shtml
this small town has enacted an ordinance to specifically make illegal adult businesses, but the wording of it makes for interesting reading. From what I read of it on the site, it seems that erections are also illegal, even if they are covered. They also had to define a person as being alive, so thankfuklly, corpses do not count in this ordinance.
Here is the abriged ordinance according to the website:
"It shall be unlawfulfor any person to knowingly, intentionally or recklessly, appear in a state of nudity in a public place." Nudity is defined as "less than completely or opaquely covering and exposing to view: (1) Human male or female genitals; or (2) Any portion of the anal cleft or cleavage of the male or female buttocks..." Nudity also applies to female breasts and "human male genitals in a turgid state, even if completely and opaquely covered." A person is defined as a live human 10 years or older. A public place is defined as "any location frequented by the public, or where the public is present or likely to be present..."

Turgid? LOL! I bet they spent all night looking for that word!
I think you interpreted that right, Bob. What a bunch of idiots.

I keep a dictionary handy to look up words I've never heard of before--like turgid. Some of our members apparently are better educated than I am, or they're trying to impress the rest of us.

Don't take your Viagra before going to church. Otherwise, you'll be arrested.

Jon-Marc, I had to go to an online dictionary to find out what it meant myself. I've never seen this word before.
I think it just shows how odd it can get when someone tries to control others.

Howdy,I think I just deleted my own message.
I hate to admit it, but I lived in Kansas fo five long years and I have never seen a state so screwed up when it comes to their laws. It seems as if the entire legal system is set up to remove as many personal freedoms as possible.

You ought to see Texas sometime. Or maybe you shouldn't now that I think about it. Talk about a screwed up state.
I hear Arkansas is bad for naturist rights. Can anybody here confirm that?
