A friend of mine doesn't want to see naked bosies all over the place because she finds it unesthetical. She rather sees young men and women in bathing suits that leave something for the imagination. She is not a naturist herself and doesn't want to come with me to a nude beach, let alone a club. Did anyone ever came across the same argument and what did she or he do? I don't find naked bodies unesthetical, on the contrary...

Floris,
I could be wrong, but I suspect that your girlfriend has deeper reasons for not wanting to viewing nude bodies, than thinking that it is simply not aesthetic. I suspect her strong aversion to seeing nude bodies may have some association with unpleasant experience in the past. If that is the case, I would be careful not to pressure her, as she would have to deal with feelings of her past experience first.
Again, this guess could be totally wrong. I have never heard of a person who, in general, found young mature bodies unaesthetic - unless they wear
at least a bathing suit, as you indicate, so this leads me to my speculation. (I have met many persons who thought that it was sinful or shameful not to wear a bathing suit). Maybe others on this board have better answers for you.

I have a 27-year-old nephew living with me who once said he was uncomfortable with another man's nudity and would be embarrassed for me to see him nude. I was very respectful of his textile attitude about the body and worked on him gradually.
I often made positive remarks concerning the body and slowly got him used to my nudity a little at a time until I was able to run around totally nude in front of him all the time without him appearing embarrassed. Just recently when we were alone he undressed and went nude in the house! It was a momentous moment for me, not because I wanted to see him nude or compare sizes. I never even looked. I was happy that he had reached the point of being comfortable to share with me something I love to do--be nude. He has even agreed to go to Turtle Lake Resort here in MI with me, if there's ever a Saturday when he doesn't work all Friday night, or when he doesn't have his 10-year-old son with him. He told his son I'm a nudist, which I don't mind, but the boy would act very inappropriately at the resort I'm sure since he's not used to nudity.
Perhaps you could do as I did and get her used to the idea gradually. It's taken me months with my nephew to get him to this point. However, if it's a phobia with her due to something tramatic in her past, you would be wasting your time.

Some people live their whole lives without seeing the genitals of others and perhaps even rarely see their own. We begin to think of humans as asexual beings after a lifetime being denied a glimpse of our most private parts.
If she sees nude people for a long enough time, in a friendly safe environment, perhaps her mind will eventually integrate human genitals into her overall image of the human body.
It is ironic that some of the most important parts of our body seem so alien, not just to her, but to many people.
